Foundation 2 is over 5 hours of DETAILED Instruction of the techniques learned in Foundation. Learn the nuances of reality based self-protection with the ability to stop, rewind, and review as if you were able to ask the instructor in the room. It's the next best thing to being there! Foundation 2 is part of the Core Series. We recommend completing the Foundation 1 prior to starting Foundation 2, but it's not required. Your your next best step is always a LIVE Training Event. However, if attending a Live Training is difficult, or inconvenient the Foundation 1 and 2 courses are the next best thing!
