04.07 – Base Leverage 5: Adduction

We can break the knee and ankle — tearing the connective tissue that holds the bones together — by stomping through them from the outside to the inside, snapping them sideways.


  1. Work through a session of free practice with Coordination Sets 24 & 24a (two sessions).
  2. Take the time to look for natural opportunities to break the knee and ankle sideways in free practice.
  3. Do your leg dynamics once a day.
