04.03 – Coordination Set 20 – Base Leverage 1 – Elbow
The elbow only breaks one way — by bending it backwards until it snaps. (Through hyperextension, or Base Leverage 1.) This is most easily achieved by striking with body weight.

Base Leverage 1 to the elbow – snap his elbow to cripple the arm
