03.01 – Edged Tools

What they do and what they don’t do, where the problems are and how to deal with them.

Goals:

  1. Download & read Part 4 of the Distance Learning Handbook: Weapons.
  2. Watch the Edged Tools video.
  3. If you can, get a rubber training knife and begin using it for part of your free practice each session.
  4. Work through a session of free practice with Coordination Set 18.
  5. Do your leg dynamics once a day.
